We offer personal training and lifestyle change consultations, which focus on personalized workouts and nutritional plans tailored specifically for each client and their goals.

Dexter Avenue Baptist Church (DABC), today, ministers under the leadership of its senior Pastor, Richard R. White III. 

The church organized in 1919, has roots in Highland Park, MI, and stands as a beacon light in Detroit and beyond. Over the past century, DABC has played a vital role in uplifting the community through its work with its homeless ministry, scholarship ministry, social activist ministry, food pantry ministry, senior ministry, and youth ministry. Directly across the street from the historic DABC stands DC3, its low-income affordable housing complex. DABC continues to meet the needs of its community, during the COVID 19 pandemic, by serving as a coronavirus testing site, a vaccination site, and a voting location.

We created this Foundation with the purpose of educating our youth about honoring and celebrating Jazz & Blues Legends, generally over the age of 62. Realizing that age is only a number, our goal and mission are to make sure that Jazz & Blues live on in the heart and minds of our future generation of Young Lions & Lioness of Jazz & Blues.
